Own Homes is a socially responsible landlord helping to turn rent into homeownership.
We operate in the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom. Own Homes is a part of Own Group Limited and the registered address is: 8 St. George’s Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1AH. Registration number: 022350V.
We help those who can afford a mortgage but struggle to save for a deposit to become homeowners by providing a clear, structured way to RentSaveOwn.
We provide information, guidance, and connections to trusted housebuilders and lenders. We’re not a mortgage lender or financial adviser.
This Platform and all its content belong to Own Homes. It’s designed to provide you with information, not to form any contract or guarantee participation.
2. What we do
Our website and app provide:
- Information about the RentSaveOwn journey.
- Details of our partner housebuilders and new home developments.
- Helpful guides and tools to understand renting, saving, and buying.
- Forms to register your interest as a customer, housebuilder, or lender.
Please consult an independent financial adviser before making any decisions about renting, saving, or taking out a mortgage.
3. Who can use our website
You can use our Platform if you:
- Are 18 years or older
- Live in the UK or Isle of Man
- Use it for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless registering as a partner)
Registering your interest with Own Homes does not create a legal agreement or guarantee participation in the RentSaveOwn journey.
4. How you can use our website and app
We want everyone to enjoy a fair, safe experience.
Please don’t:
- Try to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
- Copy, reproduce, or reuse content without permission.
- Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- Use the site in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent way.
- Use automated tools or software to extract data for commercial use.
If these Terms are breached, we may suspend or end your access to the site.
5. Registering your interest
If you fill in our “Register your interest” form, you agree that:
- We (and our trusted partners) may contact you about your registration.
- We’ll handle your data in accordance with our Privacy notice and Cookie policy.
- Completing the form doesn’t guarantee eligibility or participation.

All content, branding, and design on this Platform belong to Own Homes (or our licensors).
